The real joy come from doing something worthwhile.  The way to live a happy life is to give help to somebody-somebody who is suffering in silent throughout their entire life, and it is not by choice that they come to this world. 探访他们使我们深切体会知福，惜福，再造福的意义。当我们健康时，必须提醒自己多帮助不幸的人士。人生真真的快乐是来自于做更多有意义的事。
